How to update personal & billing info in the client area

Edit Account details

The information of your zigzagweb account is located in the Client Area. To update your details, you will need to be logged into your Client Area Account. (Having problems logging into to your account, or don’t know how, check out How to log in to your zigzagweb client area account article.) 

Once logged in, a menu item ‘Hello, yourname’ will appear on the right hand side on of the main menu. This link contains a sub menu with links to your account details. Click on Edit Account details to go to the Edit Account details

Your account details are also found under the ‘My Details’ tab, shown here on the left side bar. However if you are accessing your account from a mobile device this side bar the side bar will shift position and will display under the main menu.

How to update personal & billing information in the client area

In this area you will see the personal/business details you provided us, including; name, address and phone numbers emails etc. In order for renewal notification to be properly processed, this information must be up to date. Please make sure all the details you entered are correct.

If you made any changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the ‘Save Changes’ button.

You can use the ‘contacts/Sub-Accounts’ tab (shown here on the left) to enter another contact if you wish another person to be able to manage your account with their own user name and password.
