Can’t log in
- Email address – is the email address you gave us when opening your account it is being used by our system for all communications. It is important to keep it current so you are never locked out of your account.
- Password – We advice all our clients to keep records of their login details, but as we all know it is easier said then done :-)
Luckily there is a very easy way of reseting your password. If you do not remember your password – don’t try to login with it more then twice. And just go through the process of of resetting your password.
Warning: After 3 unsuccessful login attempts, you will be locked out for 15 minutes, even after resetting your password. Please wait for 15 minutes before trying to login again.
The Password Reset Process
If for whatever reason you can not log in, or the password is not accepted – Request a Password Reset from the login page by clicking on the Forgot password? button.
Another dialogue box appears where you will be asked to put your email address (Same email address our system sent you emails and invoices). Once submit your request to reset your password- an email will be sent to that email address with further instruction. Open the email and follow the instructions in it.
Note: Those emails are sent immediately, if you don’t receive it within 10-15 minutes, you will need to look for it in a spam, or bin folder.
No email in the spam folder?
Where those emails might end up, will depend on your email set up.
Example: If your email address is web based like; gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc. but you use an email client – software like outlook or mail to mange your email accounts,chances are you do not get the emails that ended up in the Spam, or bin folders, which are stored on line. In this case, login to your webmail and look for that email in the Spam, or bin folder.
